Dr. Sung-Yong Kim
Sung-Yong Kim, MD, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Hematology and Oncology at KonKuk University Medical Center. Dr. Kim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine in 1995, M.D. degree in 2006 and Ph.D. degree in 2010 from the Catholic University of Korea. During his career, he offered training at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, USA for a year between 2013-2014.
He is a leading Stem Cell Specialist with +15 years of experience in performing stem cell transplants, besides treating other blood-related disorders. Dr. Kim is an expert stem cell specialist and specialist for the treatment of leukemia, aplastic anemia, and malignant lymphoma. He has co-authored several research papers for reputed journals.
